30 Day Shred

Have you heard of the 30 day shred? I was thinking about getting it when one of my friends told me that she had just started it on youtube. So far I have done it for two days. There are three levels that you do, starting with level one for the first week.
I have never been so sore in my life. Really. I can barely walk. My legs hurt the worst, followed by my arms, back then stomach. Did I mention the pain? I feel like a 90 year old invalid.
I jog for 45 minutes on the treadmill every day and it’s a cakewalk compared to this. I can’t believe how hard such a short workout can be. I am determined to follow through and do it for all thirty days, even if it kills me (and it just might). If you have suffered through tried this already, let me know how it went. If you want you can join me, the more the merrier (or is it misery loves company?)!
