I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and were able to snag lots of Black Friday deals. I went to CVS and Walgreens on Thursday and bought three things on Amazon.com Friday. CVS was already out of items at 8:00 am! The girl at the cashier felt so bad that she came over to me and slipped me rain checks. I was pretty shocked but it proves the theory that nice gets you nice.

That was it for my shopping and I’m a little sad about it, so if you were able to get some great deals be sure to leave a comment or link to your post. I can live vicariously through your deals:)

There are still some good deals out there today and don’t forget about Cyber Monday. There will be a whole new group of sales for that. I’m off to BJ’s Wholesale Club to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels and batteries. Sad I know, but the deals are too good to pass up. They have a great holiday coupon book available, if you didn’t get it and they aren’t handing any out be sure to check customer service and see if they have any. Sometimes they keep coupons behind the counter.

The coupons include an instant coupon for $3.00 off the Berkley & Jensen brand batteries. These are usually a bargain at regular price ( the AA come 48 in a pack for $9.99, with coupon it will be $6.99). They also have high value coupons for Charmin, Puffs and Bounty. If you still have regular shopping to do they have sales on gifts and electronics and other items as well.
