Welcome to my blog! My name is Liz (well Elizabeth, but who wants to type that all the time?) and I have become obsessed with saving money. Less then a year ago I wasn’t even using coupons, but times and circumstances change. I started out slowly, a coupon here, a sales item there, and before you know it I was a full blown coupon clippin’, sales searchin’, deal findin’ addict! Now it kills me to pay full price for anything.
I have been happily married to the best hubby in the world (I know everyone says that, but mine really is:)) for almost 15 years and we have 3 great kids. My girls are 10 & 8 and my son is 6. I’m from New York and my hubby is from New Jersey, we relocated to Florida about 5 years ago and while we miss our family and friends, we love it here.
I’ve been asked a few times why the name? Well Sweetwater is where we live, our home. In this economy it’s all about saving so I thought it fitting to put them together. Join me on my quest to save money as I tackle raising a family and running our household. Living on a budget is a lifestyle that is very rewarding and a lot of fun.
