After Christmas Clearance

I was out and about this morning and found a few good deals. I bought a gift for my nephew for $10 that was marked down at Sam’s Club and holiday Ziploc bags and containers at Target. I usually pick up a few things on sale now that I need for next year, for instance I am out of wrapping paper. When I was out today there were not a lot of people shopping in my area and there was an abundance of Christmas items left. I’m going to take a chance and check back when items drop to 75% off and then get what I need. Target was already putting a ton of toys out at 30% off clearance. Last year the 2nd or 3rd week in January was when I bought a whole bunch of items there at 75% off or more.

Kohl’s is another one of my favorite places to shop. They have some really great deals their as well. I wasn’t able to make it to the store, so I’ll check them out online later and let you know if I find anything great.

If you are willing to take a chance on KB Toys (they are going out of business), they are also having some amazing sales, both online and in-store. Usually if you sign up to receive their e-mail you get an extra $5.00 off your next purchase to sweeten the deal.
