CVS

I didn’t have a lot on my list at CVS this week. I have accumulated quite a few ECBs so I won’t have much out of pocket (OOP) for my next few trips. I will be concentrating on really using ECBs to my advantage this year. Lately I’ve been a bit forgetful and haven’t been paying as much attention to my coupons as I should be, so that needs to change (I’m going to be making lots of lists and stay very organized this year as well!).
I also bought the 8 roll Bounty Basic paper towels, but I forgot to put them in the picture.
Bounty Basic $5.88
Pantene conditioner $3.50
Pantene conditioner $3.50
Pantene Shampoo $2.50 (on clearance)
Colgate Total $2.99
Nature’s Bounty vitamin D $7.79 (Buy 1 get 1 free)
Nature’s Bounty vitamin D *free*
Nature’s Bounty Omega 3 $9.99 (Buy 1 get 1 free)
Nature’s Bounty Omega 3 *free*
Theraflu $6.59
I used coupons:
-$3.00 off 2 Pantene (12/? paper)
-$2.00 off Pantene (12/? paper)
-$1.00 off Bounty (12/28 paper)
-$0.75 off Colgate (paper)
-$2.00 off Nature’s Bounty (sign up on their website to print out coupons)
-$2.00 off Nature’s Bounty
-$2.00 off Nature’s Bounty
-$2.00 off Nature’s Bounty
-$2.00 Theraflu (blinkie at CVS)
$42.74 total – $16.75 in coupons = $25.99 owed. I used ECBs and had some change left on a money card so my OOP was $0.42. I earned the following ECBs for next time: $2.00 on Pantene, $2.00 on Colgate, $2.00 on Theraflu, $6.00 on Nature’s Bounty. The Nature’s Bounty was a nice surprise. The flier said limit one on the ECBs, but the limit is at least 3. For more CVS scenarios visit the “Cents”ible Sawyer.
