CVS 7/12 – 7/18

Hurray CVS! There are lots of free after Extra Bucks items this week, more then we’ve seen in a long time! Most of the good “freebies” are only on sale for 3 days – Sunday, Monday & Tuesday – so don’t delay. They will run out fast as well. I was there at 9:00 this morning and my CVS was already out of the 3 & 5 subject notebooks.
This is a great week to start if you haven’t used CVS and Extra Bucks before. The free after Extra Bucks items are limit of 2 and 3, so pay for them one at a time and use your bucks to pay for the next item. Start with the least expensive item and work your way up and you will have very little out of pocket.
I also made 5, yes FIVE of the hard cover photo books. They are $7.99 each then you get $7.99 back in Extra Bucks. It says that the limit is 1, but I read in a forum last night that it was really five. I paid for each one separately just in case, but I got EB’s for all 5 of them using the same card:).
Here are the best deals I see this week:

Tylenol 8 hour or arthritis 20 – 24 count $3.99 and get $3.00 back in EBs. Use $1.00 off coupons from here and here. You can make this an even better deal if you buy the Tylenol Arthritis and use the $2.00 off coupons from Red Plum 5/17 or SmartSource 6/21. Use the $2.50 off any $10.00 pain reliever purchase from your cash register tape or from scanning your card. Buy 3 and it will look like this $3.99 x 3 = $11.97. Less 3 coupons for $1.00 = $8.97.
