Want the easiest macaroni and cheese recipe ever?  My sister-in-law is a chef and has worked at some big chain restaurants.  This is how they make their mac & cheese.  You’ll need macaroni, water and Velveeta.  That’s it.  Really.  My kids love it.

All you do is take a pound of your favorite type of macaroni and cook it according to the directions on the package (we like it al dente , not sure if I spelled that right.  It means that you don’t quite cook it all the way through and it still has some bite to it). In a separate pan melt about 3/4 of a small 16 oz pack of Velveeta with a few tablespoons of water.  If you like it super creamy use the whole 16oz pack, just add a little extra water.  Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the melted Velveeta. Voila, you have great, creamy mac & cheese.  Serve and enjoy.
