Free Nestle Water

coupon_water In my last post I told you about the coupons you can sign up for at Everyday Eating. They have one for $1.00 off any Nestle Pure Life Purified Water Multipack. Many Walmart stores have the 6-pack Nestle Pure life Purified waters for $1.00 in the dollar aisle, so you can get the water free.

I went to my walmart yesterday & the manager got all beside herself & told me I couldnt use it….? Maybe I will have better luck @ a different Walmart?

She told me she had to go by the picture on the coupon??

Unfortunately it all depends on your cashier. I am actually researching the coupon policies of stores right now for a post and it amazes me that no one knows their company coupon policy. If you talk to the manufacturer the coupon is valid for the item stated in the wording on the coupon, not just the item in the picture.

In this case, if I remember correctly, it states any multi-pack and that would include the 6-pack. They can’t fit a picture of every size item you can purchase on the coupon and many times the manufacturer will put a picture of the larger item hoping you will buy that. Unfortunately sometimes the cashier will only accept the coupon in the picture and it’s not worth fighting them about it.

I had no problem using my two coupons, so I would try again with a different cashier. Sorry you had trouble, but that seems to be more and more common these days.

The self check out accepts the coupon at Walmart. BUT! they pulled the water at the Englewood,Fl store. When I asked where it was a clerk stocking the isle said what ever you can get free with a coupon they pull. That explains why the $1.00 package of cottonelle is GONE along with the $1.00 package of Sparkle paper towels. They didn’t pull the Kraft salad dressing when the $1.50 coupon came out they just raised the price overnight from $1.58 to $2.72!
