Justice (the store for girls)

I wasn’t going to post about my shopping trip to Justice, but the deals ended up being so good I had to share. You see I wasn’t spending my money, I would not normally have spent money like this. One of my mother-in-laws sends money for the kids every year. The deal is that I am not allowed to put it all in the bank for them (and I would). I have to spend some of it on stuff the kids would really love, but I wouldn’t normally get for them.

Justice is a store for girls that my girls love to go to (it’s owned by the same company as Limited Too). Problem is that the store is way over priced. I mean ridiculously. Normal price for a tank top is $16.50, I can get a whole wardrobe for that. However, I’ve discovered if you shop the sales you can get some pretty great deals. I also had Justice bucks from when my girls shopped there with gift cards from birthdays, which really sweetened the deals.

I went there twice, the second time I needed to return a DVD and CD I had purchased so I kept that out of my totals. The Webkinz were buy one get one free, the clothes were buy one get one 50% off and they deducted 75$ in Justice Bucks.

Before tax my total was $55.78 for $337.50 worth of merchandise. My savings were $281.72. Like I said, this store is way over priced and I never would have spent that kind of money, but I bought clothes my girls will go crazy for (and my son will finally get a Webkinz of his own) at a really reasonable price. Now this will not all go to my kids for Christmas, it’s way too much. You have to spend a certain amount to use the Justice bucks, so I’ll save the rest for a different occasion.
