My CVS Trip 8/30

Posted on | August 31, 2009 | 2 Comments

dsc08814I held off on the Bounce dryer  ball deal because there was a Target coupon for $1.00 off in the 8/23 RP.  Since I can use both the Target and MFG coupon together I want to check if it is cheaper there.  I can always get a rain check and the deal will still work at CVS.  Go here for coupon match-ups and printables.

First off I was able to use a $4.00 off $20.00 purchase coupon from the pharmacy Readyfill (RF) coupon book.  I divided it up among the items that weren’t already free and deducted it as part of the coupon off amount ($0.45 off 8 items, $0.40 off 1).

Oreo Double Stuff & Chips Ahoy (6oz. small boxes) 5 for $5.00 and get back $1.00 in EBs.  Then I used 2 coupons from the Kraft booklet to get another $1.50 off and $2.25 from RF coupon.  Final cost after Coupons and EBs was $0.25 for 5 boxes or $0.05 cents a box.

Dawn $0.97.  Used $0.25 coupon from 8/30 P&G, $0.40 off from RF.  Final cost $0.32.

McArthur Gallon of Milk $2.79 then get back $1.00 in EBs, $0.45 off from RF.  Final cost $1.34.

Clairol loving color $4.99 then get back $2.00 in EBs.  I used $4.00 off 1 coupon (8/2 P&G).  Final cost after coupons and EBs was free plus $1.00 overage.

Glade Fragrance reed diffuser $6.99 then get back $6.99 in EBs.  Free after EBs.

Glade 2 oz candle $3.29.  I used the coupon for $3.00 off when you buy two from 8/9 SS.  After the coupon final cost was $0.29.

Paper $1.00

2 – V8 Splash @ $2.99 each $5.98 then get back $2.00 in EBs, $0.90 off from RF.  Final cost was $1.54 each.  Not the best deal, I know, but my hubby and kids love it.

Head over to CS & MSM & DSM for more deals and scenarios.

I’m sorry about that, I was referring to the ReadyFill book that you can/could (not sure when the promotion ends) get at the CVS Pharmacy.
I put the (RF) after I wrote Readyfill hoping that would eliminate confusion, but I guess I didn’t do a very good job. So sorry!
