Staples

Can I blame my camera? I’m always in such a rush, but fuzziness aside you can see what I’m going to talk about. We needed a desk chair and Staples had this one (Vanga 651546) on sale. It was $39.99 with a $20.00 instant rebate. Then you submit an easy rebate (and it was easy) to get a $10 Visa gift card to spend anywhere. I also had the $5.00 off $30.00 coupon from the Sunday insert so this is what I did:
Vanga Chair $39.99 – $20.00 instant rebate = $19.99
2 erasers @ $0.25 each = $0.50
2 pencil sharpeners @ $0.25 each = $0.50
2 Bic Matic grip pencils @ $0.25 each = $0.50
2 pencil cases @ $0.25 each = $0.50
2 Hammer Mill copy paper 500 count @ $3.99 each = $7.98 (easy rebate on these as well)
1 Elmer’s glue $0.25
My subtotal came to $30.22, then I used my $5.00 off $30.00 coupon bringing it to $25.22 ($26.86 after 6.5% tax). I submitted my easy saver rebates – $10.00 (visa card) for the chair and $2.99 each for the copy paper, earning me a total of $15.98 back. I did have to lay out some money, but it is already being processed and is on it’s way back to me. The final cost for everything is only $10.88.

That is the one really great thing about Staples, their rebates are super easy to do. Just go online and enter your information, get a confirmation, then wait. They have a pretty decent deal next week as well. It is just that time of year!
