pic117You will have to go to a participating ULTA store for this one.  Starting September 15th bring the October 2009 cover of Seventeen or a printout of the seventeen.com home page to any participating ULTA stores to receive a full size tube of Benefit BADgal Blue Mascara (retail value $19).  Eight thousand (8000) will be given away, with an average of 24 available at each store location.  No store will have less then 12 available.   Once they are gone that’s it, no substitutes will be given.
