Walgreens has some fabulous deals this week ! I picked up a few things today and will definitely be headed there again during the week. I spoke to the manager at one of my local stores today and they are enforcing the limit of 1 per person. Meaning you are not allowed to do multiple transactions, only one of each item. He couldn’t /wouldn’t speak for other Walgreen stores so I can’t say if anyone else will have issues, but he said the order came from higher up in the chain not the store. He said they are allowed to let people do multiple transactions later on in the week, but not the first few days.

Apparently they didn’t send a lot of the free after RR items to the store and they don’t want to hear customers complain that the items are sold out too fast. I have heard through the grapevine that Wags has a habit of holding back on inventory when they have great deals. I just found it interesting and wanted to share, but as you can see I didn’t quite follow the rules (I had permission from the manager to do the transactions that I did- it always pays to be super nice). You can also get a $5.00 off $25.00 purchase coupon here. Total must be $25.00 after all coupons and discounts. Coupon is valid Sept. 29-30.
